Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in SEK or EUR and include VAT, unless otherwise stated. Shipping costs, if applicable, are displayed at checkout before the purchase is completed.
We offer secure payments via trusted payment providers, including Klarna and card payments.
We reserve the right to correct any pricing errors or inaccuracies.
Order & Confirmation
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The purchase agreement becomes binding once the confirmation has been sent.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse an order in cases of incorrect pricing, stock unavailability, technical issues, or suspected fraudulent activity. If payment has already been made, a full refund will be issued.
Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

EU: 2–7 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including delays by shipping carriers.

Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Items must be unused, in original condition, and returned with original packaging. Return shipping costs are covered by the customer unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email and include a photo and your order number. For approved claims, we cover all return shipping costs and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Liability
We are not liable for indirect losses resulting from the use of our products or services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
Force Majeure
We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to natural events, strikes, government actions, or transportation disruptions.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swedish law. Any disputes shall, in the first instance, be resolved by mutual agreement.
