Shipping
We ship all orders from our warehouse in Sweden within 1–3 business days.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can easily follow your delivery.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination and carrier. We work with trusted shipping partners to ensure a smooth and reliable delivery. All jewelry is shipped in our elegant FEZLY packaging, ready to be gifted or worn right away.
Shipping cost
Free shipping is available on orders over 800 SEK / 80 EUR.
For orders below 800 SEK / 80 EUR, shipping costs are calculated at checkout.
Customs & additional fees
For deliveries to countries outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or other local fees may apply. These costs are the responsibility of the customer and are paid upon delivery.
FEZLY is not responsible for any fees incurred during import or customs handling.
Returns & right of withdrawal
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the day you receive your order.
To be eligible for a return:
– the item must be unused and in its original condition
– original packaging must be included
– the return must be made within 14 days of receiving the order

Return shipping costs are covered by the customer.
Exchanges
Exchanges are processed in the same way as returns.
Please contact us to initiate your exchange. Once approved, you may return your order according to our return policy and place a new order.
Unclaimed parcels
If an order is not collected and is returned to us, we reserve the right to charge a flat fee of 200 SEK / 20 €, corresponding to shipping and handling costs. The fee will be deducted from the refund.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Claims & defective items
If you have received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us via email at support@fezly.com and include a photo along with your order number.
For approved claims, we cover all shipping costs and resolve the matter as quickly as possible.
Delays & liability
We are not responsible for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, natural events, or strikes. We always do our best to ensure a smooth delivery.
Digital gift cards
Digital gift cards are delivered via email and are non-refundable. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
